Planingz - Planingz is a program for production planning, optimization and forecasting. It is intended to be a supplement to your ERP and MRP programs, as a tool for optimization and speed-up of production planning and execution. The program is suitable for dynamic manufacturing companies that produce many different products, handle variety of raw materials and often change production schedules and priorities. Some examples are: cosmetical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industry. It will spare your time and give you peace of mind when executing some production campaign. You will know exactly what you can expect. It will help you to forecast material lacks in time, so you will react on time. Your scheduling of production will be more accurate and reliable. By this software you can simulate different production scenarios and forecast resources inventory levels. You can check BOMs, orders, inventory levels and perform "what-if" simulations. The program provides tools for data import from external data sources, such as your ERP system (SAP R/3, for example). Imported data are then processed and results are represented in interactive datagrids and reports. You can check BOMs (bills of materials) for any required product quantity as well as stocks of materials (finished goods, semi-finished products, raw materials, packing materials etc.). You can see list of orders with required components and quantities, but you can also revert logic to see components and orders that require those components. On the same interactive screen or report you will see information about product stocks, production orders, required components and their required quantities, as well as current stocks of components. For every component in the BOMs (bills of materials) you can see demands and whether it lacks for order(s) and in what quantity. You will get information about interdependencies between different products, orders and components.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read and understand this license agreement fully before using the Planingz - Program for production planning and optimization.

This is an agreement between you, the end-user ("USER"), and Zlatko Matić ("AUTHOR"), the publisher of the software Planingz ("SOFTWARE").

By installing and/or using this software you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

This LICENSE AGREEMENT("LICENSE") may be revoked by AUTHOR at any time without notice if the USER fails to comply with the terms of this LICENSE.

The copyright and all other rights in the software shall remain with AUTHOR.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, THE SOFTWARE MUST BE REMOVED, INCLUDING ANY INSTALLATION FILES AND ARCHIVAL FILES.

You shall not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE or any part thereof or otherwise attempt to derive source code or create derivative works therefrom. You are not allowed to remove, alter or destroy any copyright markings or notices placed upon or contained with the software.

TRIAL VERSION

The trial version of this SOFTWARE may be used for evaluation purposes at the user's own risk for a period of 30 days from the date of installation. At the end of the trial period, the USER must either purchase a license to continue using the software, or remove it from his/her system.

The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. Anyone can distribute trial version of the SOFTWARE on any Cover Disk or CD-ROM without any permission.

No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the SOFTWARE without written permission from the AUTHOR.

LICENSED VERSION

On payment of the appropriate license fee, the USER is granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE on one computer (i.e. a single motherboard), for any legal purpose, at a time.

The registered software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading and/or installing this SOFTWARE, the USER agrees to the terms of this LICENSE.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

ANY LIABILITY OF AUTHOR WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

The USER may not rent, lease, sublicense, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, or de-compile the SOFTWARE, or modify or merge the SOFTWARE with any part of the software in another program. This LICENSE may not be assigned or otherwise transferred without the prior written consent of the AUTHOR.

INVALID PROVISIONS

If any provision of this LICENSE shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this LICENSE shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. In such event, each provision of this LICENSE which is invalid or unenforceable shall be replaced with a provision as similar in terms to such invalid or unenforceable provision as may be possible which is legal and enforceable.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This LICENSE is the entire agreement between AUTHOR and the USER, and supersedes any other agreement, oral or written, and may not be changed except by a written signed agreement.
